Terms of Service

1. Platform Role

LaunchGates operates as a B2B marketplace facilitating connections between product brands ("Brands") and retail store owners ("Hosts"). We provide the technology and payment gateway to secure retail space bookings. LaunchGates is not a party to the actual physical lease or consignment agreement between the Brand and the Host.

2. User Obligations

For Brands: You guarantee that all products placed in Host retail spaces are legal, compliant with Australian consumer laws, and accurately represented. You are responsible for shipping and managing your inventory unless agreed otherwise with the Host.

For Hosts: You guarantee that the listed space is accurately described, available for the booked dates, and maintained in a professional retail condition. You retain the right to reject any brand application that does not fit your store guidelines.

3. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By booking a space, Brands agree to pay the listed monthly rental or commission fee. LaunchGates may retain a platform service fee from processed transactions as outlined during the checkout process.

4. Liability

LaunchGates is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen inventory within the Host’s physical store. Both Brands and Hosts are strongly advised to hold appropriate business and liability insurance.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly receive poor marketplace feedback.
